Refunds

Refund of Deposit Fees (for Program Equipment and Materials):

Any deposit fees that are paid during program registration for your student to borrow equipment and / or materials from the organization will only be refunded if and when all of the equipment and materials are carefully*  returned within 30 calendar days of the program’s end date. 

If any equipment and / or materials are not returned within the 30-day period, or are not carefully returned, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund of your deposit fees.

Refund for Cancelled Programs:

Programs that are cancelled for any reason by the organization, makes you eligible for a full refund of all of your program registration and deposit** fees for the cancelled programs. 

This policy only applies if the entire scheduled program is cancelled, not individual class sessions within the scheduled program.

Refund After Parent Withdraws Student:

If you are no longer interested in one of our programs and would like to withdraw your student(s), you are eligible for a full refund of your program registration and deposit** fees within 7 calendar days of the start of the program you registered for. 

After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

Refund After Student is Administratively Withdrawn from the Program:

Parents of students who are administratively withdrawn, or dropped, from our programs for any reason are ineligible for a refund of their registration fees. 

Any deposit fees that are paid during program registration for your student to borrow equipment and / or materials from the organization will only be refunded if and when all of the equipment and materials are carefully* returned within 30 days of the withdrawal date.

*Carefully is defined as all equipment and materials are returned in the manner in which they were lent out: Working properly; have not been damaged in any way–besides normal wear and tear; and are not missing any pieces or parts. 

**If you have already received, or have been shipped, program equipment and materials, your deposit fee(s) for equipment or materials will only be refunded if and when all of the equipment and materials are carefully*  returned within 30 days of the withdrawal and / or cancelled date.
